A yummy blend of multi-colored Bell Peppers and 1 Serono pepper to give it the mild kick.  No where near hot, just mildly gr8!  Oranges are what brings the word Tangy into play.  I made this for my non spicy folks. Flavor, Flava, Flav! 🙂
