Hi:) and thank you for visiting Greenz N Tingz E-commerce store. I am a Heart Healthy Chef who walked away from the stressful restaurant business. My culinary career started in the Fast Food Industry as a teen up to Executive Chef. I have a passion for organic, fresh, chemical, sodium and sugar free foods. I'm connected with the Urban Agriculture movement in Kentucky, Kentucky Proud Ceritifed and currently working on my Organic Certification.
